Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-

17). God has existed from all eternity in three persons: God the Father, God the Son,

and God the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14). Jesus Christ, born of a

virgin (Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:34-35), was God who came in human flesh being fully

God and fully man except without sin (John 1:14; 1 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 2:14-17.)

Man is by nature sinful and is inherently in need of salvation (Psalm 51:5; Romans

3:23; Romans 6:23; Romans 10:9-13)

We believe that God created the human race male and female and that all conduct

with the intent to adopt a gender other than one’s birth gender is immoral and

therefore sin. (Genesis 1:26-27; Deuteronomy 22:5)

We believe that God has established marriage as an exclusive relationship between

one man and one woman and that all intimate sexual activity outside the marriage

relationship, whether heterosexual, homosexual, or otherwise, is immoral and

therefore sin. (Genesis 2:24-25; Romans 1:18-31; I Corinthians 6:9-10, 15-20)

We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect,

and dignity. (Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31) Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes

directed toward any individual are to be repudiated and are not in accord with

Scripture nor with the principles of this group.

DENIAL OF MEMBERSHIP STATEMENT:

Because Foundations Homeschool Co-op is not funded publicly and for the safety and protection of its membership, FHSC reserves the right to DENY membership to any applicant for any reasons undisclosed to the applicant. Upon the decision by the FHSC Board, The registrar will send a letter of denial, which may or may not list the reason(s) as to denial of membership and registration fee will be refunded.
